Ombudsman Management

“Ombudsman Management” is a platform for the internal management of ombudsman data, aimed at the public sector (States, Municipalities, public bodies and others). It is an integrated system for receiving, processing and responding to manifestations, such as Suggestions, Requests, Complaints, Compliments and Complaints, together with the Business Intelligence system where it allows the manager to view information, main indicators and complete management of the Ombudsman sector, giving greater transparency and social participation to public management.
